This Professional Developement Seminar for the experienced psychotherapist will meet for 3 days, 3 times a year during 2010 and 2011. The focus of the group will be on exploring advanced topics in Relational/Intergrative Psychotherapy through formal lectures, discussions of theory and methods, case presentations from participants own psychotherapy practice, and attention to the phenomenological experience of participants within an intersubjective/constructivist perspective of group process. Topics that may be covered during this two year sequence are: The Psychotherapy of Shame and Self Righteousness, The Psychotherapy of Obsession, Repetitive Fantasy, Habitual Worry and Success and Failure with the Borderline Client.
There will be some pre-seminar readings and an opportunity to discuss cases for supervision.
Dates for 2010 are as follows:
- 3rd, 4th & 5th March 2010
- 30th June, 1st & 2nd July 2010
- 8th, 9th & 10th December 2010
2011 dates are as follows:
- 2nd, 3rd & 4th February 2011
- 29th, 30th June & 1st July 2011
- 7th, 8th & 9th December 2011
Training Fee - for 2 year Integrative Psychotherapy Training Programme:
- The full course fee (for all six sessions) is £2640 including VAT
- A non-returnable deposit of £350 must be paid upon booking your place on the course
- Refreshments and lunch are included in the fee.
Payment Options:
- Full payment at time of booking incurs a 5% net discount.
- Deposit of £350, followed by remainder of course fees for year 1 (£970) due by 1st Jan 2010, then full fees for year 2 (£1320) by 1st Jan 2011.
- Deposit of £350, followed by 21 monthly standing order payments starting March 2010. This method incurs an interest charge of 5% net.
Terms and Conditions 1. Fees 1.1 The course fees are subject to VAT at a rate of 15%, this is detailed in the training costs. 1.2 All places will be reserved on QTUK receiving a signed booking form either by post or fax, or, by submitting an online booking form. 1.3 Places may be booked provisionally by telephone. 1.4 Places can only be secured on receipt of deposit.
2. Cancellation by students: 2.1 In the event of cancellation by the client QTUK must receive notification 30 days prior to the course commencement date. The deposit paid on booking your place will not be returned and any refund due will be subject to a £50 administration fee. 2.2 In the event of cancellation by the client within 30 days of the next course session, any fees paid for that session will not be refunded. 2.3 Substitution of the original course applicant for another person can be made with the consent of QTUK. 2.4 QTUK must be notified of any substitution of persons attending courses before the course start date.
3. Cancellation by Quality Training UK Ltd 3.1 Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that all advertised courses actually run, QTUK will notify the client of cancellation as soon as practically possible where it believes on reasonable grounds that cancellation is necessary. 3.2 QTUK shall notify the client of cancellation not less than 30 days prior to the commencement of the course where numbers failed to reach a workable minimum for the commencement of the course. 3.3 In the event of cancellation clients will be offered the choice of the following options: 3.3.1 Another course on a different date or at a different venue. 3.3.2 Full refund of the course fee paid.
4. Booking Form – Conditions 4.1 If you would like QTUK to invoice a company or authority please make the address clear on the booking form, or give a purchase order on the booking form. 4.2 Submission of the booking form is a commitment to payment of the full course fee and signifies agreement with the Terms and Conditions that relate to making this booking.
